BJP announces candidates for by-elections in 32 assembly seats of 13 states

New Delhi, (thestates.news ) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday released the list of candidates for the by-elections in a total of 32 assembly seats in 13 states. The total number of assembly seats includes 10 in UttarPradesh, 4 in Assam, 5 in Kerala, 1 in Bihar, 1 in Chhattisgarh, 2 in Himachal Pradesh, 1 in Madhya Pradesh, 1 in Meghalaya, 1 in Odisha, 2 in Punjab, 1 in Rajasthan, 2 in Sikkim and 1 in Telangana. BJP executive chairman JP Nadda approved the list of candidates after Central Election Committee meeting. It is noteworthy that the Election Commission of India has announced the by-election dates on 32 assembly seats in these 13 states. All the by-elections will be held on October 21 and the results will be declared on October 24.
