First time, Haryana assembly session runs without ministers

Chandigarh (thestates.news) : For the first time in the history of Haryana on Monday, the assembly session started without ministers.  Only Chief Minister Manohar Lal and Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala appeared on the treasury bench in the name of the government in the House. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal and Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala took the oath of office and secrecy on October 27.

Meanwhile, a cabinet meeting has also been held in Delhi by Manohar Lal and Dushyant Chautala. Despite all the speculation, the first assembly session of Manohar Part two started on Monday without ministers. The
seating plan was changed today due to a coalition government in the legislative assembly, but the treasury bench had only two representatives from the government.  It is believed that the first session of the second term of the Manohar government will run without ministers. Earlier, the last assembly session of Manohar Sarkar’s first term was run without the Leader of the Opposition. The Congress could not take any decision in this regard after Abhay Chautala was discharged from the post of Leader of Opposition in the previous government. As a result, Kanwarpal Gurjar, the former speaker of the assembly, had not notified any Congress MLA as the Leader of the Opposition and the last assembly session of the Manohar government was concluded without the Leader of the Opposition.
