For the first time in Chhattisgarh, 208 candidates of the state got selected in Air Force

Raipur (thestates.news) Under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, State Government is making consistent efforts to provide various employment opportunities to youth. In the same sequence, Air Force recruitment rally was held for the first time in Dhamtari district, wherein for the first time 208 candidates of Chhattisgarh state have been selected. In this rally, 5418 candidates from all 27 districts of the state had participated, out of which 208 candidates have been selected. According to the information received, 3049 candidates of 13 districts of the state had participated in the first phase, out of which 122 candidates have been selected, and 2369 candidates of 14 districts had participated in the second phase, out of which 86 candidates have been selected. Selection of such large number of candidates from Chhattisgarh in Air Force Recruitment Rally is a record in itself.

Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has congratulated all the selected candidates and has advised unsuccesful candidates to work harder for the next opportunity to come. Dhamtari Collector Mr. Rajat Bansal informed that usually in the air force recruitment rallies organized in developed states such as Pujab, Hariyana, Delhi, where 10-15 thousand candidates participate, hardly 100-200 candidates are selected. Comparing that ratio to the ratio of participation to selection in Chhattisgarh state, the results are positive and historical. Maximum number of candidates i.e. 50 have been selected from Durg district, second highest number of candidates have been selected from Balod district i.e. 29 and third highest number of candidates have been selected for Air Force from Dhamtari district i.e. 16.
