Raipur, (thestates.news) Magistrial probe has been ordered in the case of attempt to suicide by Dhamtari district village Telinsatti resident Hardev Sinha on June 29 in Civil Lines area of capital city Raipur will be conducted.Collector and District Magistrate Dhamtari has ordered magistrial probe on the basis of prima facie report. Sub-Divisional Magistrate Dhamtari has been appointed as investigation officer for this case.
Collector Dhamtrari has set one-month to be the time-limit of investigation.
The pointed finalized for magistrial probe includes- reasons for and the circumstances under which the incident happened, to whom the person met before taking the extreme step, whether there was any abettment, why did he come to Raipur and with whose help, as the passenger buses are not operating.
Whether any office was informed in written about this attempt to suicide. If he was mentally unstable, why didn’t the family took him for treatment, whether his name is on the family ration card, whether they have been provided ration in past two months.
