Sensex up over 100 pts

Mumbai, (the states. news) The BSE Sensex on Friday advanced by 130 pts to open at 52,967.87 as buying was seen in Materials, Finance, IT and Telecom stocks.
The Nifty too rose by 32 pts at 15,856.80.
The Sensex registered intra days high and low at 53,008.53 and 52,653.77 pts respectively.
The Nifty registered intra days high and low at 15,876.45 and 15,768.40 pts respectively.
The Mid Cap and Small Cap moved up by 0.01 and 0.07 pc respectively.
In 30 scrips, 15 advanced while 15 declined.
The gainers were HCL Technology by 1.56 pc to Rs 993.85, Bharti Airtel by 1.42 pc to Rs 554.25, ICICI Bank by 1.35 pc to Rs 664.65,Axis Bank by 0.87 pc to Rs 753 and Tech Mahindra by 0.85 pc to Rs 1128.15.
The losers were IndusInd Bank by 1.21 pc to Rs 980.45, L& T by 1.15 pc to Rs 1622.65, Asian Paints by 0.54 pc to Rs 3087.65, HDFC by 0.54 pc to Rs 2476.90. (uni) For Hindi News : media saheb.com
