Thousands of people from across the state visited the ‘Jandarshan’ program to meet the CM with their issues and applications

Raipur (thestates.news) | Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai provided immediate financial assistance for medical treatments and distributed assistive devices, such as motorised tricycles and walkers, to persons with disabilities during the ‘Jandarshan’ program at his residence in Raipur on September 19. Thousands of people from across the state, representing all age groups, gathered to meet the Chief Minister with their issues and applications. The program, which started at noon and lasted until 7 PM, saw Shri Sai attentively listening to each individual’s concerns and issuing prompt instructions for their resolution.

During the event, the Chief Minister handed over a cheque of Rs. 1 lakh to Usha Thakur from Amapara, Raipur, for her oral cancer treatment. He also provided a cheque of Rs. 25,000 for the treatment of Roshan Sahu’s 8-year-old son from Gudhiyari, Raipur, and a cheque of Rs. 15,000 to divyang artist Vivek Bhonsle for the purchase of musical instruments. Additionally, Shri Sai distributed motorised tricycles to divyangs Rajuram Vacham and Leelashankar Sahu, a wheelchair to Mohammad Rashid Qureshi, an elbow crutch to Indrasan Goswami, and a walker to Vivek Sharma.

Special arrangements for seating and refreshments were made for the visitors as per the Chief Minister’s instructions. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, the entry process at the Chief Minister’s residence was streamlined, and a mobile medical unit was set up to offer health check-ups for the attendees.
