Awareness, timely examination and correct treatment are the mantras to prevent cancer – Chief Minister Shri Sai
Raipur (thestates.news) | Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, on the occasion of World Cancer Day on February 4, has appealed to the people of the state to be aware of serious diseases like cancer and get timely examination and treatment. He said that this day gives us an opportunity to make the public aware about cancer prevention, early identification and effective treatment.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the state government is committed to the prevention and treatment of cancer. Many important steps have been taken to strengthen health services in Chhattisgarh. Facilities for cancer examination and treatment are being expanded in government hospitals, so that patients can get accessible and affordable treatment.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that cancer can be prevented by adopting awareness, regular examination and healthy lifestyle. The Chief Minister appealed to the citizens to adopt a healthy lifestyle by staying away from unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits and said that a healthy lifestyle is the basis of longevity and healthy life.
