Prime Minister inaugurated Abhanpur-Raipur MEMU train service
Raipur (thestates.news) | Naya Raipur capital region has been connected to rail network from Raipur. Now MEMU train will run regularly for transportation here. From Raipur railway station via Mandir Hasaud to Naya Raipur CBD, via Kendri to Abhanpur and from Abhanpur to Raipur train will be possible. This will make the transportation to Mandir Hasaud, Mantralaya, Secretariat, Naya Raipur, Abhanpur cheaper and easier. This has made a new facility available to the citizens and students of Naya Raipur including government employees.
PM Narendra Modi inaugurated Abhanpur-Raipur MEMU train service through video conferencing during a program organized at Mohbhatta Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh today. On this occasion, Prime Minister Shri Modi dedicated four completed rail projects in Chhattisgarh at a cost of Rs 2,695 crore to the nation and also laid the foundation stone of 7 rail projects.
