“When daughters are educated, entire generations are uplifted,” said Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai today while inaugurating the Azim Premji Scholarship Scheme from his official residence in Raipur. He emphasized that the state government is fully committed to ensuring higher education opportunities for girls.

Congratulating the Azim Premji Foundation,  Chief Minister Shri Sai said that this scholarship scheme would give thousands of young women the chance to fulfill their dreams. He noted that in the last 25 years, Chhattisgarh has witnessed holistic development, with women and girls contributing significantly to enhancing the state’s pride. “This initiative has been launched to ensure that daughters do not abandon their studies due to financial constraints. It will help raise the enrollment rate of girls in higher education,” he added.
