Raipur (thestates.news) |With the objective of strengthening railway infrastructure and further enhancing the safety and smooth operation of trains, South East Central Railway is progressing rapidly with projects related to new railway lines, doubling, and construction of third and fourth railway lines. In this series, the approximately 206-kilometre-long electrified fourth railway line project on the Bilaspur–Jharsuguda section is being completed in a phased manner.
Under this ambitious project, the construction of a 26.1-kilometre-long new electrified fourth railway line between Kotalia–Raigarh–Kirodimal Nagar–Bhupdeopur stations has been successfully completed.
