Pune (thestates.news) |Team Speedtail Racing from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, MIT ADT University, Pune, delivered an impressive performance at Formula Bharat 2026 (Dynamix), held from January 21 to 26 at Kari Motor Speedway, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Competing at the national level, the student team secured the Overall Dynamix Championship in the Combustion Category, showcasing excellence in vehicle design, dynamics, and engineering innovation. Adding to the achievement, Mr. Abhishek Saha received the Best Driver Award for his exceptional driving skills and technical proficiency.
Students from Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, and the Institute of Design (IOD) also contributed significantly to the team’s success, reflecting strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
The achievement was made possible under the guidance of faculty advisors Dr. Anurag Nema and Prof. Vijaykumar Shep, whose mentorship played a key role in the team’s journey.
The university leadership congratulated the team for bringing laurels to the institution. The accomplishment was acknowledged by Hon. Dr. Mangesh T.
