Raipur (thestates.news) | In an initiative aimed at fostering excellence and strengthening employee morale, the Medical & Health Services Department of SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant organised an award ceremony under SAIL’s Shabash Scheme. Significantly, this marked the first implementation of the Shabash initiative within the M&HS Department of the Plant emphasising on recognising and celebrating excellence in healthcare services.
The awards were distributed under the guidance of Dr. Uday Kumar, Chief Medical Officer (M&HS), who dedicated it to “Karmayogis” serving tirelessly in the healthcare sector. A total of 15 Executive and Non-Executive employees were felicitated for their unwavering dedication, outstanding performance in patient care, and commendable contributions to hospital administration.(s-pib)
