MY Bharat Volunteers Lead Policy Dialogue: Arti Kumari of Bilaspur Secures First Rank at Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament in Chhattisgarh

Raipur (thestates.news) | MY Bharat (Mera Yuva Bharat), under the aegis of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, organised the State Level Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2026 at the historic Old Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha in Raipur. The programme aims to strengthen democratic engagement among young citizens, encourage research-driven deliberations on national issues, and enable youth participation in shaping the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

The event was inaugurated by Baba Khushwant Saheb, Minister for Skill Development, Technical Education and Employment, Government of Chhattisgarh. Addressing the participants, he emphasised that well-researched and evidence-based opinions from young citizens are increasingly becoming instrumental in shaping contemporary policy reforms. He noted that meaningful youth engagement in governance is crucial for realising the Prime Minister’s vision of Viksit Bharat @2047. (s-pib)
