Chief Minister announces several development works related to health, roads, education and security for the Garpa region
Raipur (thestates.news) | Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai on Monday visited Garpa Gram Panchayat in the Abujhmad region of Orchha development block in Narayanpur district under Sushasan Tihar and interacted warmly with villagers during a Jan Chaupal. The Chief Minister received a grand welcome from villagers in accordance with traditional customs and enthusiasm. During the Jan Chaupal, he listened to public grievances, reviewed the progress of various schemes and reiterated the government’s commitment to ensuring that welfare schemes reach the last person.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Sushasan Tihar is a powerful medium for direct dialogue between the government and the people. Its objective is to ensure that government schemes reach the grassroots and that public grievances are resolved promptly. He said that the region remained affected by Naxal violence for many years, due to which development activities were hindered for decades. However, the situation is now changing rapidly, and a new chapter of development is being written across Abujhmad and the entire Bastar region.
