Mumbai, (the states. news) A special NDPS court on Friday rejected the bail application of Rhea Chakraborty
for her alleged role in the drugs angle which has emerged in the investigations
into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput case.
Rejecting the bail, special court held that prima facie materials are available
against her and the investigation in the case is also in progress.
Reha who is presently lodged in Byculla women’s jail has challenged the local
magistrate court order which had rejected her bail plea application and
remanded her into Judicial custody for 14 days.
Following the rejection of bail plea Rhea’s legal team will move high court
against session court order.uni
