Chief Minister Mr. Baghel to inaugurate-lay foundation of 208 development works via video conferencing
Raipur, (the states. news) Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will inaugurate and lay foundation of total 208 development works worth nearly Rs 332 crore 64 lakh for newly-constituted Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi district on September 18. This includes inauguration of 29 works worth nearly Rs 84 crore 10 lakh and bhumi-pujan of 179 works worth nearly Rs 248 crore 78 lakh. Chief Minister will do the inauguration and foundation laying via video conferencing at 11 am from residence office in Raipur. Vidhan Sabha Speaker Dr Charandas Mahant will preside over the programme.
In the inaugural-foundation
laying programme organized in Sadhu Hall of Gaurela in Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi
district, In-charge Minister of the district and Revenue Minister Jaisingh
Agrawal will join as special guest of the occasion. The programme will also be
attended by Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu, Health Minister T.S. Singhdeo,
Agriculture Minister Ravindra Choubey, Forest Minister Mohammad Akbar, School
Education Minister Dr. Premasai Singh Tekam, Industry Minister Kavasi Lakhma,
Women and Child Development Minister Anila Bhendia, Urban Administration
Minister Dr. Shiv Kumar Dahria, Food Minister Amarjeet Bhagat, Higher Education
Minister Umesh Patel, MP Jyotsna Charandas Mahant, and Chairman of District
Panchayat Bilaspur Arun Chauhan.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel will inaugurate 29 works worth more than Rs 84 crore
in the newly formed district Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi.
This includes railway over-bridge constructed at a cost of Rs 76 crore 81 lakh, high level bridge constructed at a cost of Rs 2 crore 12 lakh at Son River on Kanchandih-Bariumaran road, Aanganbadi buildings built in village Bagra, Belgahna Gorakhpur, Puta, Patel Para, Pandripani, Jora Dongri at the cost of Rs 45 lakh 15 thousand, bridges and approach roads constructed in village Tendumuda, Andhiarkhoh, Pandripani, Navatola, Karsiva, Nagwahi, Latakenikhurd, Silpahri etc at the cost of more than Rs 60 lakh, aanganbadi bhavan built in village Nagwahi, Latkonikhurd, Korkotatola, Silpahri at the cost of Rs 19 lakh 35 thousand, paddy platform worth Rs 6 lakh built in village Medhuka, Muktidham built at the cost of Rs 5 lakh in Marwahi, boundary wall built at the cost of Rs 86.68 lakh in government horticulture in Lalpur, Biodiversity Resource Park built in Gaurela at the cost of Rs 2 crore, renovation of Van Chetna Kendra worth Rs 73 lakh in Dharampani,and X-ray machine worth Rs 17 lakh 66 thousand in District Hospital and Marwahi Community Health Centre.
Chief Minister Mr.Baghel will
also do bhumipujan of Rs 179 works worth nearly Rs 248 crore 78 lakh in
Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi district. This includes newly sanctioned works such as
Rajadih water reservoir worth Rs 12 crore 22 lakh, cement concrete lining works
worth Rs 18 crore in canals of Ghagra, Upar Khujji, Gangapur water reservoirs,
construction of three bridges on Son River worth nearly Rs 15 crore, nine road
widening and repairing work worth Rs 143.78 crore for Joint District Office
building,etc.
