New Delhi, (the states. news) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal here on Friday demanded capital punishment for the accused in gang-rape and murder of Hathras Dalit girl as early as possible so that no one dares again to commit such a heinous crime.

joined the protest at Jantar Mantar for justice to the victim and action
against the culprits, which was also attended by social activists, Left parties
leaders, students and many others.
The chief minister claimed that if the victim
had received a proper treatment, she would have survived.
He said even several days after the incident,
an FIR was not registered. “The way her mortal remains were cremated late
in the night is also questionable,” Arvind Kejriwal averred.
He alleged that the people responsible behind
the heinous incident were being shielded and there must be no politics over
this issue.Mr Kejriwal appealed that there must be no restriction on the
victim’s family and they must be allowed to meet whoever they want.The AAP
chief asked all the state governments, political parties and masses to come up
