As many as 2681
fresh COVID-19 #Coronavirus positive
cases were detected in Chhattisgarh during the last 24 hours, taking the tally
to 126005 on Monday.
Meanwhile 13 patients infected with Coronavirus died in various hospitals,
pushing the COVID death toll to 1081 in the state so for. Moreover 564 patients
were discharged from various hospitals after recovery.
According to information received from health department, out of 2681 fresh
Coronavirus positive patients maximum 270 belong to Raipur whereas 266 patients
were found in Durg, 254 in Rajnandgaon, 55 in Balod, 42 in Bemetara, 44 in
Kabirdham, 53 in Dhamtari, 87 in Baloda-Bazaar, 77 in Mahasamund, 49 in
Gariaband, 129 in Bilaspur, 187 in Raigarh, 174 in Korba, 182 in
Janjgir-Champa, 32 in Mungeli, 12 in Gourela-Pendra-Marwahi, 78 in Sarguja, 52
in Koriya, 68 in Surajpur, 52 in Balrampur, 22 in Jashpur, 109 in Bastar, 42 in
Kondagaon, 55 in Dantewada, 48 in Sukma, 85 in Kanker, 25 in Narayanpur and 123
in Bijapur. Three patients have come from other states. Process of their
hospitalization is underway.
Meanwhile, 564 patients who were undergoing treatment in various hospitals have
recovered and they have returned` to their homes after discharge. Thirteen
Coronavirus positive patients including 11 with co-morbidities died in various
hospitals. Total 126005 samples have so far tested positive for Coronavirus (#COVID-19). At present 27857
active Coronavirus positive patients are under treatment in various hospitals
whereas 56797 patients have been discharged from hospitals after recovery.
Total 10081 Coronavirus positive patients have died in the state. (uni) (media
