This year SURESH AGRAWAL MEMORIAL CRICKET TOURNAMENT – a limited over Cricket Tournament between Corporate bodies will be commenced from 1st week of December by Hira Group Sports and Cultural Association at the Hira Group Sports Ground, Opposite Ram Vatika, Near Urja Park, VIP Road, Raipur. Total 32 teams will be participated in this gala
tournament.
We regret that due to pandemic situation of COVID-19, the tournament could not be conducted during 2020-21. But this year the Tournament strikes back and will be played on knockout basis, for which, all 32 teams have been divided into 8 groups. Total number of 63 matches will be
played to decide the winner and runner-up of the tournament. Out of these matches, league matches will be of 12 overs, pre-quarter & quarter final matches will be of 15 overs and the semi- final & final will be of 20 over match. The winner team & runners up will be awarded with a cash prize of Rs 1,51,000 & 75,000 respectively. Besides, there are number of trophies and cash awards for the winner and runners ups, semi-finalists and best players in each category as well as for the Man of the Tournament.
