Mumbai, (thestates.news) | Film actor Salman Khan has finally been issued a license for a weapon for self-defence by the Mumbai Police. A few days ago, after his father and he received threats, Salman met Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar and applied for an arms license. Now the Mumbai Police has issued a weapon license to Salman Khan.
After receiving a letter threatening to kill film actor Salman and his family, ‘Sangharsh’ organisation had written to Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar a few days ago, demanding not to grant arms license to actor Salman Khan. It said that Salman has a past criminal record ranging from hit-and-run case to misbehavior with a journalist. Even after this, Mumbai Police has granted the weapons license to Salman.(H.S.)
