Secured Second place in Bastariha folk dance and painting.
Raipur (thestates.news)| At the Chhattisgarh Youth Festival, district contestants demonstrated excellence in sports. In which the district Kabaddi team won first place by defeating the Raipur Kabaddi team. In addition, Mr. Lalit Sinha, the district’s artist, took second place in the painting competition. While the Bastariha folk dance team was placed second. Prior to this, Collector, Mr. S. Jayawardhan, has expressed heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the winning players and artists for making the district proud. It is worth noting that the Chhattisgarh Youth Festival was held in Raipur, from January 28 to 30, 2023, in honor of Swami Vivekananda. Young artists and sportsmen from across the state participated actively and excelled in the festival.
