Mumbai (thestates.news)| Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais inaugurated the ‘Suvidha Sampanna Kutumb Mission’ and ‘Sarvangin Gram Samruddhi Yojana’ through the convergence of schemes of 17 various departments with Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme at a programme held at Y B Chavan Centre in Mumbai on Friday (3 Mar).
The Governor accompanied by the Chief Minister Eknath Shinde inaugurated the website of EGS, Mobile Application for online transaction of Horticultural products, Toll free Helpline, Yashogatha publication and Yashogatha video series and MGNREGA Song on the occasion.
District officers and employees tasked with the implementation of MGNREGA in various districts were felicitated for their exceptional work. Minister of EGS and Horticulture Sandipan Bhumre, MLAs Ashish Jaiswal and Mahendra Dalvi, Additional Chief Secretary Nand Kumar, Commissioner MGNREGA Shantanu Goyal, people’s representatives and district officials were present.
