People to have immediate access to government advice, orders and information related to corona through the app
COVID-19 E-Pass Application available on the app
Real-time information about number of suspected and confirmed cases in the state to be made available on dash board of the app
Raipur, (thestates.news) Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated ‘kawach’ mobile app today at his residence office. This app has been developed by Chhattisgarh Government’s Health Department and CHiPS for providing immediate access to official advise, orders and information about corona to common people. On the occasion, Health Minister TS Singhdeo, Addistional Chief Secretary of Chief Minister Subrat Sahu, Principal Secretary School Education Dr Alok Shukla, Secretary Health Niharika Barik Singh, Director Health Services Neeraj Bansod and CEO CHiPS Sameer Bishnoi were present.
This mobile app ‘Kawachh’ will display real time information about suspected and confirmed cases in Chhattisgarh, India and across world on dash board. This app also has the facility of COVID-19 E-pass application. The app will also display information about the nodal officers and the nearest corona hospitals in Chhattisgarh. The app also provides facility of donation to emergency relief fund for prevention of COVID-19, information about self-examination for symptoms along with the curfew pass facility, travel instructions, preventive measures and goods suggested by Directorate of Health, fake news alert etc. The app also have feature for ordering home delivery for essential goods. People engaged in serving humanity in these adverse circumstances as volunteers can apply for E-pass through this app. This app also provides feature for complaining about crowds gathering with location and photos. App users will get timely updates and instructions.
