‘Bhent Mulaqat’ : Review meeting, Sihawa

Raipur (thestates.news)| Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel chaired a review meeting of officials at the rest house located in the Sihawa assembly constituency of Dhamtari district. Instructions were given to the officials to resolve the problem faced by the people of Nagarchi caste, especially in this area in the issuance of caste certificates. Responding to a question regarding the issuance of caste certificates in schools, the DEO said that out of 66,000 applications, about 50,000 certificates have been issued. Instructions were given to make proposals through Gram Sabha for the disposal of remaining applications.

Instructions were given to hold a meeting of the families of Naxal victims and make arrangements for their housing and livelihood on a priority basis. Instructions were given to exchange the land of Marar Samaj coming under the construction of the Ram Van Gaman Path. On being asked about Jal Jeevan Mission, the officials said that the administrative approval of the group water supply scheme Rudri is pending at the government level, on which instructions were given to complete it at the earliest.

On being asked about the pending payment of Tendupatta beneficiaries, the DFO said that 8 cases related to insurance are pending, and instructions were given for its quick disposal. It was told in the meeting that under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, some farmers have complained about not receiving the assistance amount under the scheme. The departmental officer concerned replied that about 212 farmers in the district are not getting the amount. Instructions were given to resolve this problem immediately.
