Bhilai (thestates.news) | The Safety Awareness Week and Safety Exhibition-2026, organized by the Coke Oven and Coal Chemical Department (CO-CCD) of SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant, concluded on March 16 with a grand valedictory ceremony held at the departmental premises. Spanning from March 10 to 16, the week-long initiative was designed to reinforce safety consciousness and promote standardized safe working practices among the workforce. The closing ceremony was presided over by Mr. Tularam Behera, Chief General Manager (CO-CCD), and Mr. Debdatta Satpathy, Chief General Manager (Safety and Fire Services), in the presence of senior officials, representatives from the Officers’ Association and Unions, as well as a large gathering of regular and contractual employees.
