Raipur (thestates.news)| A Performance Enhancement Workshop on the theme “Zero Accident, Zero Breakdown” was organised at the Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) of the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) – Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) with the objective of strengthening behavioural safety practices and promoting best operational standards in critical plant areas.
The workshop was conceptualised by Shri Sajeev Varghese, Chief General Manager (Ore Handling Plant and Sinter Plant–3) to foster a stronger safety mindset among employees and reinforce safe work practices across operational and maintenance activities. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from executives, non-executives and contractual employees of the Ore Handling Plant (OHP), while executives from Sinter Plant–3 (SP–3) also took part, reflecting a collaborative approach towards safety and operational excellence within the plant.
