Chhattisgarh High Court on Friday refused to hear review petition filed against the order for CBI probe into scam of Rs 1,000 crore in an institute associated with social welfare department of the state and FIR against six Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officers, including two former chief secretaries. The order was passed by the court on Thursday.
The state government and the Indian Administrative Service officials affected by order passed yesterday by the two-member bench of the High Court moved a review petition before a bench of Justice Prashant Mishra and Justice Gautam Charodia today against it. The bench said that it cannot hear the review petition since the matter was already heard by another bench.uni
