Coronavirus (#COVID-19) tally of Chhattisgarh rose to 110655 on
Tuesday with 2197 fresh positive cases that surfaced
during the last 24 hours whereas 14
patients have died. Meanwhile 563 patients were
discharged from hospitals after recovery.
According to information received from health
department out of 2197 fresh Coronavirus
positive patients maximum 456 belong to Raipur whereas
202 patients were found in Durg, 86
in Rajnandgaon, 50 in Balod, 29 in Bemetara, 29 in
Kabirdham, 81 in Dhamtari, 58 in
Baloda-Bazaar, 36 each in Mahasamund and Gariaband,
109 in Bilaspur, 193 in Raigarh, 107
in Korba, 180 in Janjgir-Champa, 44 in Mungeli, 98 in
Sarguja, 34 in Koriya, 35 in
Surajpur, 21 in Balrampur, 9 in Jashpur, 44 in Bastar,
13 in Kondagaon, 107 in Dantewada,
69 in Sukma, 19 each in Kanker and Narayanpur and 33
in Bijapur. Process of their
hospitalization is underway.
Meanwhile 563 patients who were undergoing treatment
in various hospitals have recovered
and they have returned` to their homes after
discharge. Moreover 14 Coronavirus positive
patients including 9 with co-morbidities died in
various hospitals. Total 110655 samples
have so far tested positive for Coronavirus. At
present 31661 active Coronavirus positive
patients are under treatment in various hospitals
whereas 49792 patients have been
discharged from hospitals after recovery. Total 916
Coronavirus positive patients have
