Raipur (thestates.news)| Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has expressed deep grief over the death of three people during ash excavation in the Siltara area of the capital Raipur.He has instructed the officials to provide quick and better treatment as well as other necessary assistance to the injured in the accident.Five people were buried under the debris, 3 of them died and 2 injured and are undergoing treatment.
