Sikkim Chief Minister PS Tamang is now preparing for most
possible 4th Lockdown in the wake of Coronavirus pandemic raging in the
country.
He is gearing up to introduce certain reforms in the state, particularly in the
Health and Education sector.
He has announced several steps for revival of economy including opening of
restaurants and fast food joints.These will be allowed to operate,with some
restrictions. Inter –district vehicular movement would be eased. A mechanism is
being worked out for granting relief package to drivers and other affected
people.
The state will, however, continue with evacuation of stranded people elsewhere
to help them return home.(uni)
