New Delhi,(thestates.news)| On the first day of July, the common man got some relief from inflation. Public sector oil and gas marketing companies have cut the price of commercial LPG cylinders by Rs 198. Other petroleum companies including Indian Oil have made this cut in the rate of commercial cylinders. The new rates have come into effect from Friday. According to the website of Indian Oil, the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder in the capital Delhi has now come down to Rs 2021. It was earlier Rs 2,219 per cylinder. The price of commercial gas cylinders has been cut for the second time in a month. Earlier on June 1, 2022, its price was reduced by Rs 135. However, the price of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder has not changed as of now.
Apart from this, the prices of 19 kg Indane commercial gas cylinders have also changed in other metros of the country. In the country’s financial capital Mumbai, the price of commercial gas has now come down to the lowest at Rs 1,981 per cylinder, while in Chennai it is the highest at Rs 2,186 per cylinder despite the reduction.It is noteworthy that in the four metros of the country, the price of a 14.2 kg domestic gas cylinder in the capital Delhi is currently Rs 1,003, while in Mumbai it is also available at the same price. At the same time, the price of domestic LPG is highest in Kolkata at Rs 1,029 per cylinder, while in Chennai it costs Rs 1,019 per cylinder.(HS):
