Raipur (thestates.news) | “CRGB – Mahtari Shakti Loan Scheme” launched by Chhattisgarh State Rural Bank was launched by Hon’ble Finance Minister (Chhattisgarh) Shri O.P. Choudhary and Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Rural Bank Shri Vinod Kumar Arora. This scheme is specially dedicated to the women of Chhattisgarh, and its main objective is to motivate women towards economic self-reliance and empowerment. Under this scheme, women will be provided loans up to Rs. 25,000/-, which will help them to expand their business or other economic activities. Through this initiative, the aim is to empower the women of Chhattisgarh economically, so that they can make significant contributions to their family and society.
Mahtari Shakti Loan Scheme will provide opportunities to women to take one more step towards their self-reliance, so that they can empower their small businesses or self-reliant work. At the launch of the scheme, the bank sanctioned loans to 1000 women in one day with a total loan amount of Rs. 2.25 crore.
