Strengthened Infrastructure Will Open New Avenues for Regional Growth, Says Chief Minister Shri Sai

Raipur (thestates.news) | Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai attended the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony for development works in Podi, located in the Manendragarh–Chirmiri–Bharatpur district on February 16. On this occasion, he presented a significant development package to the region by laying the foundation for 59 projects worth over Rs. 88 crore and inaugurating 82 completed works valued at more than Rs. 38 crore.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Shri Sai stated that these development initiatives will strengthen local infrastructure and expand public amenities, bringing positive changes to the quality of life of residents. He noted that projects related to roads, buildings, community facilities and other essential infrastructure will provide renewed momentum to the comprehensive development of the area.

The Chief Minister emphasised that the state government’s objective is not merely to announce schemes, but to implement them on the ground with speed, transparency and quality. He affirmed that the government is consistently working with a result-oriented approach to ensure balanced and inclusive development across every region of the state.

Shri Sai further stated that ensuring the reach of development to remote areas of the state remains the government’s highest priority. With this vision, continuous efforts are being made in the sectors of infrastructure, education, healthcare, drinking water, roads and public services, so that the benefits directly reach common citizens.
