Raipur(thestates.news): In a programme held via video conferencing at his residential office today, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel joined the program of releasing land acquisition compensation to the district’s beneficiaries of Balrampur and Ramanujganj, as well as money recouped from a chit fund company and assistance provided under Revenue Book Circular 6-4.
Excise Minister Kawasi Lakhma, Minister of School Education Dr. Premsai Singh, Parliamentary Secretary Shishupal Sori, MLA Gulab Kamro, Brihaspati Singh, Arun Vora, Mohit Ram Kerketta, Yashoda Verma and Secretary to Chief Minister Ankit Anand were present on the occasion.
The Chief Minister gave 2144 recipients a total of more than Rs 14 crore 35 lakh. -52 recipients received a total of Rs 6.97 crore as compensation for land acquisition for various irrigation projects that had been delayed for 20 to 25 years.-146 victims of chit fund fraud received an amount totaling Rs. 11.49 lakh. -A total of Rs 7.26 crore was given to 1946 people who were impacted by the natural disaster.
