Raipur (thestates.news) | The development of a single-point digital platform ECINET by the Election Commission of India is in the final stages. This platform will integrate more than 40 existing mobile and web apps of the Commission and provide simple, secure and transparent services to voters, election officials, political parties and other stakeholders.
ECINET aims to provide a seamless, user-friendly platform for all election work. It will include other major apps including Voter Helpline VIGIL Suvidha 2.0. Only authorized officials will enter the data and all processes will be in accordance with the lawful rules and acts.
This initiative was conceptualized by Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar during the CEO Conference held in March 2025. This platform will benefit about 100 crore voters and lakhs of election personnel.
