The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)
on Saturday said that the department of space will follow the government
guidelines and enable the private players in the sector to carry out the space
activities in country.
The space agency said this on late Saturday evening
following the government’s announcement about the structural reforms related to
the mining, discoms, defence, air space sectors, space and atomic energy
sectors and others.
Hours after Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman
announcing the structural reforms in the policies of these sectors, the
country’s space agency taking to twitter said, ”Department of Space will
follow Government guidelines and enable Private players to carry out space
