Mumbai (Thestates.news)| Jindal Stainless Limited is going to set up an investment project worth Rs 42,886 crore in Maharashtra, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said here on Thursday.
Fadnavis said the project will create about 15,000 employment opportunities in the state.
Chairman of Jindal Stainless Limited Ratan Jindal met Fadnavis at his official residence ‘Sagar’ and presented the proposal for the construction of theproject. The production capacity of the project will be four million tonnes per annum.
This industry group and Jindal’s faith in Maharashtra’s potential is significant. Therefore, all-out cooperation will be provided for this project, Fadnavis said during the discussion. (UNI)
