Raipur(thestates.news)| On the 75th year of independence, a national call has been given to celebrate the nectar festival of independence. The prestigious week is being celebrated from 4th July to 10th July 2022 to celebrate the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence as a public festival with the spirit of public participation.
Under the concept of this series, a walkathon has been organized by “Jindal Steel & Power (JSP)” The theme for the iconic week from 4th July to 10th July 2022 is based on raising steel consumption with a focus on rural India, also moving towards a circular economy and Atmanirbharat. With this, Jindal steel and power limited (JSP) Raipur, organized a tree plantation event to initiate one more step towards the planned Oxy zone on 9th July 2022 at 11 am and the venue was Adjacent to Shakti Vihar phase-02.
More than 100 employees from different departments of JSPL were present to be a part of the tree plantation which was organized in commemoration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The tree plantation took place with full enthusiasm by all the employees present over there followed by the photo session. The concluding day of the celebration will take place tomorrow with the last event for this occasion, Walkathon, on the 10th of July 2022 at 7 am near Marine Drive Raipur. Shri Kuldeep Juneja, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Housing Board will be the chief guest in this program. On this occasion, the company has requested all the eager participants to make the competitive opportunity meaningful by giving their best regards to making the above objective worthwhile.
