Raipur (thestates.news) | Madheshwar mountain located in Jashpur district of Chhattisgarh has been recognized as the world’s largest natural replica of Shivling. This historic achievement has got a place in the Golden Book of World Records. Madheshwar mountain has been recorded in the record book as ‘Largest Natural Facsimile of Shivling’. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai congratulated the people of the state for this achievement and called it a new dimension in the achievements of tourism in the state.
Golden Book of Records representatives Smt. Hemal Sharma and Shri Amit Soni met Chief Minister Shri Sai today in his office at the Secretariat and handed over the certificate of world record to him. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma, Food Minister Shri Dayal Das Baghel, Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap, Industry Minister Shri Lakhanlal Dewangan, Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade were present.

After this, this is another big achievement for the district.
