Mumbai, (thestates.news) Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray has instructed to all district collectors and divisional commissioners in the state to establish. A Task Force of Expert Doctors in every district to prevent casualties due to COVID-19.
While reviewing the corona situation through video-conferencing here with the Divisional Commissioner, District Collectors, and Municipal Commissioners on Friday. Mr Thackeray directed to set up the Task Force to fight the COVID-19. After giving relaxation in the lockdown, the number of patients is increasing in some districts.
Now it is necessary to set up such a task force in every district or department as the number of patients is increasing, the CM said, adding that it should include veterans, expert doctors and regular contact with doctors in Mumbai.
It is important to increase the participation of senior doctors as there are various suggestions coming from the Ministry of Health regarding treatment methods and medicines, he added.
