Reacting to Amit Shah’s statement of implementing NRC in West Bengal, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has said that the politics of discrimination and division will not work in West Bengal. Mamata Banerjee’s reaction came during the inauguration of a Durga Puja pandal in South Kolkata after Shah’s address. Banerjee cautioned the people of West Bengal against divisive politics and said that it is the culture of Bengal to take different religions and different people together.
