New Delhi (thestates.news): President Ram Nath Kovind will address the nation on Saturday evening on the eve of 71st Republic Day. His address will be first in Hindi and then in English at 7 pm. It will be broadcast on Doordarshan and All India Radio. The address can be heard in regional languages on the radio from 9.30 pm. It is believed that the President in his address may emphasize democratic values, fundamental rights and duties and peace in the country.( HS)
