Chhattisgarh Proud of Operation Sindoor’s Success; CM Expresses Gratitude to PM Modi
Raipur (thestates.news)|Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Tuesday hailed the success of Operation Sindoor, describing it as a testament to India’s growing global stature, decisive leadership, and unwavering national resolve. He said the nation witnessed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s sharp strategic acumen and leadership during the operation. “This was not just a mission—it was a living example of India’s strength, resolve, and global leadership,” said the Chief Minister during the Assembly session while participating in the thanksgiving motion over Operation Sindoor.
Extending his gratitude to the Prime Minister on behalf of the people of Chhattisgarh, CM Sai said, “The people of Chhattisgarh are proud of this operation’s success.”
He emphasized that Operation Sindoor once again proved that India is now a nation capable of taking swift, decisive, and effective action under any circumstance to safeguard its citizens. “Such operations are not merely symbols of military or diplomatic success; they reflect the spirit of the entire nation. Our national leadership is clear—every Indian life is precious, whether at home or abroad,” he added.
The Chief Minister underlined the pivotal role played by Prime Minister Modi, whose proactive involvement, personal monitoring, and clear directives ensured the mission’s timely, safe, and successful execution.
“When we speak of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—the world as one family—such missions reinforce our belief that India stands committed not just to the safety of its own citizens but also to the broader cause of humanity,” said CM Sai. Under PM Modi’s leadership, India’s credibility and stature on the global stage are reaching new heights, he noted.
“From Operation Ganga to Operation Kaveri, Operation Devi Shakti, and now Operation Sindoor—India has consistently shown that it is not a passive observer in times of global crisis, but an active responder,” he added.
Referring to the recent tragic incident in Pahalgam, the Chief Minister spoke with emotion: “The mortal remains of our son of the soil, the late Dinesh Miraniya, were brought home amidst tears, honour, and silence. I personally witnessed the pain of his grieving family. His wife lost her husband before her very eyes—a grief that this entire Assembly can understand. He was killed solely because the perpetrators did not want citizens from other Indian states to travel freely within Jammu & Kashmir, which is an integral part of India. They were targeted for their religion. Images of weeping mothers and wives emerged from across the country, and the nation wept with them. This inhuman act tore apart the fabric of humanity itself,” he said.
CM Sai added that while terrorists spilled innocent blood, the Indian Army ensured that no harm came to Pakistani civilians during retaliatory action. “Our leadership has made it clear—India never provokes, but never spares those who provoke us. Through Operation Sindoor, we have sent a loud and clear message: every drop of blood will be accounted for.”
He highlighted that the targets of the operation included terror camps involved in some of the worst attacks in Indian history—the Parliament attack, the Mumbai attacks, the Akshardham Temple massacre, and the Pulwama incident. “India has now exposed, on global platforms, those nations that support and shelter terrorism,” he added.
India has always prioritized peace, said the CM, “but any attempt to compromise our sovereignty will be met with a strong and appropriate response.” Countries that echo the language of terrorists have found themselves increasingly isolated on global forums—thanks to the unwavering resolve of India’s leadership.
He lauded PM Modi for sending multi-party delegations to various countries to expose Pakistan-sponsored terrorism. “It was a shining example of Indian democracy and the spirit of Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat,” he remarked.
Expressing his pride in working under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Modi, CM Sai said, “He embodies a rare blend of determination, coordination, and compassion.” The strengthening of India’s defence infrastructure under his guidance played a direct role in the execution of Operation Sindoor, he noted.
“This operation stands as a symbol of unity and the indomitable spirit of 140 crore Indians. It will be remembered forever,” he said.
In his concluding remarks, CM Vishnu Deo Sai stated that Operation Sindoor was not merely an anti-terror operation—it was also a powerful tribute to women’s dignity and strength. “It was a historic military resolution dedicated to Matrishakti—the divine feminine power.”
