Pune (thestates.news) : MIT Art, Design and Technology University (MIT ADT), Loni Kalbhor, is all set to host its much-awaited annual techno-cultural festival Persona Fest 2026 from February 19 to 21. The three-day extravaganza is expected to see participation from over 20,000 students representing more than 125 colleges and universities from across India.

The grand inauguration will take place in the presence of Bollywood actress Bhagyashree Patwardhan of Maine Pyar Kiya fame, along with National Award-winning filmmaker, producer and senior advocate at the Mumbai High Court, Samruddhi Pore. The inaugural ceremony will be presided over by the university’s Founder President and Chancellor, Dr Vishwanath Karad. Executive President and Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mangesh Karad and Executive Director Dr Sunita Karad will also remain present.
The festival will witness a strong lineup of celebrated artistes from across the country, including veteran Bollywood lyricist Sameer Anjaan, who has penned thousands of songs, renowned playback singer Amit Mishra, actress Prachi Pandey, Marathi actor Kshitij Date, celebrity RJ Sangram Khopde, celebrity dancer Siddhesh Thorat, and Pune Municipal Corporation’s 22-year-old young corporator Siddhi Shilimkar.
Apart from live concerts by noted singers and bands, Persona Fest 2026 will feature knowledge-driven sessions covering technology, business, art and culture. The programme also includes student dance and theatre performances, coding and technical competitions, sports activities, and several other engaging and entertainment-focused events.
Sharing these details at a press conference held, Pro Vice-Chancellor Dr Ramchandra Pujeri and Registrar Dr Mahesh Chopade said the festival aims to provide a vibrant platform for students to showcase talent while fostering creativity, innovation and cultural exchange.
