As a result of coordinated strategies of the State Government and Health Department and extensive public awareness campaigns, a significant reduction in dengue cases has been recorded in the first quarter of the year 2025. During the months of January to April, a decline of 65 percent was observed in dengue cases in the state, which reflects the effectiveness of strong efforts being made in the healthcare sector.
