Raipur (thestates.news) | In a significant outreach under the nationwide Seva Pakhwada (Service Fortnight), Surajpur district witnessed a special health camp and felicitation ceremony dedicated to differently-abled persons and senior citizens. The event, marked by health check-ups, distribution of assistive devices, and public pledges, was held in the august presence of Women and Child Development Minister Mrs. Laxmi Rajwade, who attended as the chief guest.
Addressing the gathering, Minister Rajwade extended greetings on the occasion of Navratri and underscored that Seva Pakhwada reflects the spirit of social welfare and public service. She emphasized that during this fortnight, a wide range of activities focused on healthcare, sanitation, and welfare schemes are being carried out to directly benefit people at the grassroots.(S-PIB)
