New Delhi (thestates.news)| Vodafone Idea (Vi) announced a strategic collaboration with IBM consulting to streamline telecom operations. The partnership is intended to improve service reliability, customer experience, and seamless delivery of digital services by using AI. Under this collaboration, an ‘AI innovation hub’ is established to foster Vodafone’s IT business processes.
This AI hub will bring experts from IBM Consulting and Vodafone Idea to co-create edge AI solutions, automated tools, and digital accelerators. Jagbir Singh, CTO, Vodafone Idea Limited, said, “Our collaboration with IBM marks a pivotal milestone in Vi’s digital journey.
