our students. 2nd International conference on Hodiernal Aspect of Science and Technology was successfully concluded at Kalinga University on February 25. Two days conference started on February 24. The International Conference was organized in hybrid mode by Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science. A poster presentation was also organized in online and offline
mode during the conference in which large number of students and faculties from other educational Institutions took part and presented research papers.
Session was inaugurated by Dr R Shridhar, Vice Chancellor of Kalinga University in presence of Dean Students Welfare, Dr Asha Ambhaikar, Dean Academic Affairs Dr Rahul Mishra, Dr Shilpi Shrivastava, Officiating Dean of Applied Sciences and other dignitaries by lighting the traditional lamp before the idol of Goddess Saraswati. Dr Shridhar gave a motivational welcome speech to the participants. Inaugural session was addressed by Dr Shailendra Saraf, Director of National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Ahmedabad, Gujarat followed by Scientific sessions by Dr Sanjib Banerjee, Professor Dr Rahul Jain, Dr RS Thakur, Dr Ashish Singh, Dr Manisha Shukla from University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and Dr Vinod Dumblekar.

On the second day of the International Conference Scientific Sessions were attended by Professor Dr CS Shukla, Professor Dr Robert Doerksen, Professor Dr Desh Deepak, Professor Dr R A Thakur, Professor Dr Anil Mishra, Dr R Sabari Banu, Dr Kingshuk Dutta. During valedictory session Certificates were distributed to the participants and vote of thanks was presented by Dr Shilpi Shrivastava.
