He was Vibhag Pracharak of Visakhapatnam during 1971-75, Print Sharik Pramukh during 1975-80, and Pracharak of Vijayawada Department. V Bhagaiya Ji has visited many countries like Myanmar to speak in programs organized there on the unity of Hindus. A very eloquent speaker.
