Addressing the inaugural session of the ‘Dryland Congress 2026’ at the National Agricultural Science Complex (NASC) in New Delhi, Shri Chouhan stated that drylands should not be viewed as a weakness; rather, with the right scientific interventions, policies, and market support, they can become a source of strength for India and other regions facing similar challenges.(S-PIB)
